    We had been checking Balangan beach break for the past week but the waves have not been that great. We headed down yesterday but were skunked and didnt go out. Today the tide and the waves were in our favour. We thank the ocean gods and we had a session.

    Dev and I rented some glass boards from the next Warung to Froggies Dev took a 6'2" and I an 8'0", like my Person Arrow at home.

    ... Mano café was Joe’s idea and had proved a real treat we decided (voluntold) Joe to pick tonight’s eatery – and did he pick a winner! Another Mexican, which didn’t look like much from the outside but inside it was a cavern of salsa music, beautiful people and amazing food. We had a few drinks and an amazing dinner before heading back to Liam’s villa for a quick dip in the pool. Amazingly, Bali seems to have some of the best Mexican food we have ever had! ...

The taxi driver's call comes from all directions as you walk down the street, some just half heartedly hold up a sign that says TAXI, some hold it upside down, while they talk to the other taxi drivers and seemingly don't care if you do need a taxi!
