... exhibition was spacious but a little dark, we are not allowed to take photographs here, after being reprimanded for doing so! The exhibits display all the treasure found in 3 of the 4 tombs on this site, the forth one was looted in antiquity. The main tomb was of King Phillip the second, father of Alexander the Great and also contained his wife's remains and treasures, the second one was of a Alexander the fourth who died young and was the son of Alexander the Great and Roxane. ... to Dream Catcher for the mains cable, on our return Technical support were trying to sort it out, by the time we had been there another hour or so they suggested that we leave it with them and come back tomorrow when it's sorted out. We walked along the beach for a while before driving to Ktima Gerovassilliou, a must see winery which enjoys a spectacular setting overlooking the sea and on a clear day(which today isn't) Mt Olympus is visible.
