... shabby house.
We also saw the house she owns now.....more like a mansion.
We didn't even know that she's from Barbados..

The fishing trip was really nice, we had done some googling before arriving to Barbados and had found Legacy Fishing tours, http://www.legacyfishingchartersbarbado, and they had gooten some nice reviews.
We called them two days prior our arrival ...

... always we must have fried fish.

You'd think by now we'd be better at planning and keeping the shopping to a minimum as we usually cook enough for at least twice as many people. But you know us, we can't help ourselves.
When we get back the cooking starts in earnest.

Just to keep us going until dinner we cook patties and fish cakes. I also prepare the saltfish for tomorrow breakfast. Thank goodness ...
