We went further up the coast to check out Noosa. It's a popular holiday place, and because of easter it was full of family with kids. I took the shuttle to the centre where I went window-shopping, had some ice-cream and finally sent the last postcards. When I came back to the hostel, I met the German Louisa and Janine with whom I went to Aldi to do our groceries. Afterwards, we cooked together and played a zillion games of "maumau" (the German version of 'pesten'). Ann, ...

... was hairy as the weather was stormy. We spent 8 nights in the flat leaving on Tuesday 19 th August. It felt weird having all that space after living in our 17' caravan for a year now! The extra night allowed us to go to Free Spirit and sort out the van , and meant we didn't have to try to get out of the flat with all our stuff, and drop Martyn off at the airport, all before 10am! They have done a fantastic job of servicing the van and fixing a ...
