We had intended to take a slow coastal route but opted for the quicker inland route. Heading WESTWARD on Highway 10 then back to the coast to Miramar Beach near Destin. We are definitely on our way home!! Now on Central Time only 2 more time zone changes to the West.

Our next destination was New Orleans & luckily we had the TV on that night & heard about a weather ...

I enjoyed a walk on the beautiful beach and a couple fantastic sunsets over the ...

Today, we transitioned to the Destin West RV Resort in Fort Walton Beach. It was really hard to leave the Ho Hum RV Park, but this campground is near the water, and is very nice. The sites are paved with brick pavers and are really deep. Our site is set up that we are head in so we are able to look out and see the water and not the front of another rig.

Yes you heard me, dessert before dinner. It was fabulous. I had a blended frog sno ball...YUM! Hugh had sno angel (he did choose spiderman but wanted exactly what William was having -so cute). What was really delicious was dinner. Oh ...
