    ... from Maria at the Villa and it to is great. I am not feeling all that great so go light on but Mum has the best Sea Bass and, I think now because of her, the Island is out of potatoes. Back home in the dark presents a challenge but we make it. This is a great Island and we wonder given the great beaches, the mountains and villages and the food why it is not more popular with the cruise ship groups. Hoping for better weather ...

    ... We pass through quaint villages and plunging cliff faces. Our first stop is at Amitis beach, and then soon onto Abram bay. We all did a little beach scavenger hunt picking up nice rocks and driftwood for some inspired art work when we get home. The beach was amazing, all made up of polished pebbles which crackled like fireworks as the waves moved them in and out. We made it to Apollonas by lunch time, so stopped into the small beach ...
