We are loving normal work hours and Rich has gone from a 50 minute car commute to a 10 minute cycle! ... We attended a couple lectures and I played bean bag toss but I lost in the third round. By 3pm all the outside decks were close and the seas were wild. Supper in the Rotterdam was a traditional turkey dinner and pumpkin pie, it was very good. The ship was really rocking at supper and started to ease off by 10pm but you still had to hold on.

Yesterday, was thankfully a lazy day. We used the day to explore the resort (Welk Resort), catch up on some naps, do some grocery shopping and hang out at the pool. It was nice to cook our own meal on the grill here and not have to pack up and head to a restaurant for dinner. Our resort is very nice, with enough stuff to keep the kids entertained. The entire Redohl Family woke early. Guess we were all ready to get out of Dodge.

After a quick breakfast at House of Blues, packing up, and getting Old Blue back, we headed to Counts Kustoms, right behind the strip in Vegas. ... Diego to Yuma is always interesting - leave the ocean, up and over the the 4000 ft. Cuyamaca Mountains and down the other side to rocks, the Imperial Sand Dunes, and then the desert. We arrived at Bonnie's (our sister-in-law's) in Yuma about 5:30pm. A great homemade dinner and lots of conversation. We are staying here until Thursday morning. I believe that we will be traveling outside of the country today! ...
