Took the drive to Fish Creek Falls and did a short walk to a great view. There was a path leading down to the bottom of the falls but using good sense we passed and just enjoyed the view from topside. A lot of water was flowing over the falls. Thursday I went to breakfast at 8am which is when they start serving. Breakfasts consist of fruit, bagels/toast and a daily fresh made bread (such as banana bread or a muffin). For happy half hour tonight the hors d’oeuvre was parsnip chips and fingerling potato chips.For dinner I had a salad with sesame soy dressing and then beef short rib with parsnip whipped potato and garnished with onion crisps. Dessert was a delicious chocolate mocha mousse garnished with fruit and chocolate covered espresso beans.
