As the snow melted away in the sun, more of the tracks had cooled to ice in the shade and the nice crunchy snow we climbed, we would somehow have to take down. ... little kid in a zoo watching this but it was a wild one. It was nice. Sun was out, I was on the island, and I was so content just watching this seal. ... following day just because! The gondola up to the top of the peak is the longest in Canada and takes 25 minutes. The autumn colours on the trees were beautiful. Whistler during the summer months is huge for mountain bike riders. A sport that is not for the faint hearted given the steepness of the mountains.
