    ... when packing up this morning, he was in one of the leveling blocks underneath the tire. Kids wanted to take him with, of course. Find it interesting that each state has a different "feel" about them, pretty neat! Arrived at Santa Rosa beach state park, very beautiful, and HUMID! Love our campsite. Lots to do around here will be tough to decide, or would be if there were limitless funds. There are definitely some bucks around ...

    Sun, fun, surf, and family. Could not have been a better trip. For the adventurous travelers there is a zip line at the boardwalk; also plenty of paddle boarding, boogie boarding, and skim boarding. For the more leisure travelers there are plenty of shops and beautiful white sand beaches to take strolls on and great surf shops with walking distance of any hotel and beach. On top of that more fresh sea food than you could possibly eat. Me being allergic to shell fish ...

    Leaving on a jet is plane is exactly what I will be doing later today. The time has come for me to board a plane and travel across the ocean and pursue my dream of teaching. Ever since Kindergarten I have wanted to pursue a teaching career. I am excited about the opportunity that is before me.

    ... after row of trees. At least one had so many I could see the end of the row in the distance. The trees have not begun to put out leaves yet. They’ll still naked to the sky. But I’m sure they’ll bud soon. Truly, pecans are a cash crop in southern Georgia.

    This blog is dedicated to my trip and experiences with the EMERGE to Japan program. I am so fortunate to have been selected to be here and write this all down from a hotel room in Tokyo.

    Our flight left from Pensacola this morning at 9 something. I would bother to get up and check but it is 10:00pm here and which makes it 8:00am in the US and a solid 26 hours awake on my part.
