      - Woke up at 8:30

      - Realized there was still so much to do

      - Went to the Yampa River Core Trail to jog again

      - Visited local event called Oktoberwest

      -Participated in a meat eating contest

      -Got so full that i couldnt go anywhere so i went to the motel room and fell asleep

      ... as there was a large truck to shelter from the wind behind. Here, we had the sandwiches that Nadine had prepared: turkey, bacon (cooked that morning), and cherry and Cabernet preserve.       ... outside we wear a pair of socks, then some ski socks and our shoes or boots. Thermal underwear top and bottom. Normal trousers and if you are skiing obviously a pair of ski trousers. Then a top or shirt, a jumper/fleece and a ski jacket. To finish off the ensemble ,a beanie, scarf, and gloves. Ready to go! I think when I wear my thermal underwear I am pretty cool and sexy, like the Cowboys were in the movies, but Muriel thinks otherwise, she laughs her head off,

      ... is entertainment after dinner but tonight was not one of those nights.

      Thursday morning I woke up in plenty of time for the 8am breakfast. I had a chocolate waffle with bacon and ranch potatoes for breakfast.
