    ... I had seen the rack of a make moose briefly as I passed. I stopped the car, turned around and returned to where three moose had been standing in the water. The mumma and bubba had disappeared, as had the male. Two large utility trucks came around the bend, one of which had stopped right behind the car. It was a hunter. He pointed out the male moose wandering along the river, but the female and baby were nowhere to be seen. Fortunately they were on private land, so hopefully ...

    ... We started over at Sunshine Peak and then over to Triangle and other easy bumps. Lunch today was at Rendezvous food court and consisted of chili. I thought the chili was quite good--it had a good kick to it. In the afternoon we skied morningside park, Cyclone, Norther and Vagabond among others of course.
