    ... on occasion, but not all the time. Instead of waking up in the morning and just pounding coffee with sugar and milk, try a substitute. Drink a glass of water straight away, make a little fruit and granola, and greek yogurt bowl. Then Drink the coffee just black, or with very limited addings. WHATEVER you do find the time to work out. Thats my Jack Lalanne Speech of the day. Get it son!

    Things are falling into place. A good thing as, it is only 17 days until we get ourselves to Denver and board the plane for our African adventure! Passports have arrived, we are vaccinated, malaria meds have been ordered, the kids in Liv's class have gathered toys and 200 Steamboat kids will be hand writing letters to the Zambo kids this week.
