... the A61 in a big sweeping right curve and merge with the A9. Perpignan is not far, in fact it is too close as what turned out to be the last fuei station has has just wizzed by. We are now into morning traffic looking for the railway station. The GPS keeps losing its signal which is frustrating but nothing that a few deep breaths can't handle. A Long drive to Barcelona.
... my bag, wandered around the hotel,
talked to some of the people that decided not to go, dried my
clothes, did a bit of reading and relaxed. It was such a warm night
that we had to leave the balcony door open.
I did lots and then decided to go to bed about
2.30am, but was woken up again at 3.30 when people who had got home
were too hot to sleep so decided to talk on the balcony, so I talkd
with them for a bit before going to bed.

... students in our program were taken to a cooking class located in the heart of the city. I have to say, I have never eaten so much, nor have been so satisfied. We started with a new-age gazpacho (cold tomato soup), topped with a spicy aioli, and fresh cheese.
