... back to work and Margrete escorted us around Stavanger on foot, including a visit to the beautifully maintained old wooden fishing cottages around a former canning factory (plenty of fish processing still goes on in the area today, as the city’s occasionally whiffy air attests). Then we reminisced about old times in the band and laughed at several videos Margrete has held onto – Janine’s first sight of the mighty B-Dogs in action.

Summer vacation 2011 spent with Ralph & Nico. Arrived at Stavanger after 4 days stay at Kristiansand where we experienced a lot about the animal zoo and the wholesome facilities of badetlandet. Having been to Preikestolen is one of my most memorable travel experience. A magnificent beauty of nature, the solace, the great excitement on everyones face climbing to the top. I can proudly say that I had been there......and still having the desire to come again.
