... t realise what was going on, so I genuinely was astonished to walk into the house and find a table full of food set up for me! All I can say is it was a good job Chillax was closed, otherwise I'd have had no room for cake!

So, I went to bed full of sugary treats and slept really well - I even managed to drag myself out of bed at 6.30 am the next morning to go for a run - at least I felt like I was working off some of the cake from the night before!

... After that we spent a little time in the pool, just to get off all that salt water. That night we had a great dinner at the hotel and had a group dicussion on the beach. Then some of us spent the rest of the night running around on the beach, playing ping pong and also playing cards. After this we all went off to a great nights sleep in out most loved (after a day in the bus!) hotel beds.

... we realised there was a large amount of sea foam billowing in the wind and wobbling like some unstable jelly.

Katya decided to test the properties of the mud in the lake and have a makeshift mud bath on her legs - she coated her legs in black mud and then hastily washed if off when Ruben pointed out it was probably quite high in sulphur and maybe not so good for the skin!
