... We just went to a cheap local pub for a bite to eat and drink.

After dinner we had a look around at some of the souvenir shops in town. Louise bought herself a little Inukshuk and a thick wooly jumper which she was very excited about.


Then it was off to bed with back to Vancouver again tomorrow.

Whistler was a cool place to visit and we understand why it is so popular with Aussies! We would like to visit in Winter!!

... Lift it was the first time I had gone off that way down the mountain. I had been saying only a few days before to Luke that I had yet to make it over that side of the mountain and then I did it! It didn't go without incident though as I went a little fast over a blind ridge to find someone had built a little jump!
