By Ski-lift, by Snowcat, or dropped off and picked up by Helicopter. The skiers enjoy then the fresh powdered snow. ... I think Jenny was surprised by how well she was skiing after 4 weeks off. Her technique was good and before long she was skiing as well as she was before her crash.
You may have noticed the pictures of us with a giant icicle! I managed to pull that off the roof of the Chick Pea hut and presented it to Jenny as a very useful present! Haha. See photos.

... of how icey the mountain is (due to reason A). C. It's hell expensive for lessons. D. I work a lot. But if a few of these change, I'll head up! I'm super keen to get up there! Timmsy arrived on Thursday, a friend of mine from back home so that's fun to have more people I know around this town! But my cousin is heading back home to Oz in a month and possibly (99% likely) little brother will be heading to Calgary or some other mountain to continue his own little adventure! ...

... fun. The pancakes were good but to me (Michael) the sausages were horrible! I can't really complain for the money I guess! Who ever would have thought we would be eating pancakes in a Fire Station?!

The next event we planned to attend was the Jill Ackhurst Welcome Dinner. For a mere $5 each you get a buffet dinner incl. desert. The food is cooked by various restaurants and hotels in the resort then served by local volunteers.

New house, new chapter

... So house & job set up, I was just waiting for the snow now hehe! I spent my time walking, exploring, going for gorgeous runs, cooking & getting to know everyone. Such a good crowd of people here & it just makes everything that much better :) after 3 weeks at work, i realised that they wouldn't be able to give me enough hours so I started to apply for a new job. After a week of searching I got a couple of interviews ...
