4 hours stop over in Alice Springs, but with no tour, not even the helicopter trip, it wouldn't be possible to see Ayers Rock in such a short time. Without tour there is a reptile museum, but not much else to see... except for pubs. Three of them we visited and had a good time. Today we're going to start the big trip south. It's a bit wet but also a bit cooler so we'll make the break. We'll only do a short run today - probably just to Daly Waters - then onto Tennant Creek, Alice Springs then across the border into SA. We'll be in touch again along the way.
