    ... never got updated. We drove back to the campus and around the back. A soccer pitch came into focus and a few guys setting up nets - it's on!!! There are around 18 boys in total with 10 or so being in Caleb's age bracket. Many came dressed in their favorite players kit.     ... and walked with Helen to the ferry. I got off at the end of Southbank and walked to the museum . I had to wait as it opened at 9:30 . I saw the first floor and then walked back through Southbank, across Goodwill bridge and join Helen for morning tea at Old Government House at QUT. We enjoyed Devonshire tea before walking down to the ferry and saying goodbye. I caught the free ferry back and the views were spectacular with blue and sunny skies. I travelled around ...

    In Brunswick Head, near Byron Bay, we managed to meet up with Monica, a Perth chiropractic colleague who had moved to the area just over two years ago. She and her husband live in the surrounding countryside and love the lifestyle plus the fact that the winters are milder than Perth's.

    ... really cool, it was only there because of a fire that had burnt all the trees.
    We walked over to where there was a big sand dune, was quite hard walking up.
    You had to lie on a piece of MDF and hold the front up, then you were pushed down the hill! It was really fun, you go down so fast! I was 3rd to go, and there was a ditch in the sand, which when hit was rather painful!

    ... Roma Park, which turned out to be much better than the Botanical Gardens. There were tons of water dragons, several nice water features, flowers of course, parrots, an Aussie possum that took apple from my hand, and thousands of very large spiders. There were so many over-head along some paths that we were afraid about walking down them (Australia is home to 8 or so of the top ten most poisonous spiders so being concerned was simply common sense). ...
