... them out of the river channels to the coast in the murky water. We are off to Cairns now where we will take our seven-day dive trip along the outer Great Barrier Reef. Hopefully this dive trip will go better than our diving plans in Port Phillip and Brisbane went. FYI...they still have not seen any great white sharks in Port Phillip.

    The Journey

... my 3 and a half hour wait people watching and walking up and down the corridor to my gate (I didn't dare stray too far in case I couldn't find my way back again!). The flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur took just over 12 hours. I slept, I ate, I watched films, read magazines and was still bored! At least the seat next to me was free so I could get comfy. We woke up at 6am this morning - I was pretty tired as it was my turn to have a bit of a difficult night! However after we had got our bags together we went to get breakfast and the lovely heather was milling around - she had already sliced up loads of fruit, got us fresh OJ, made Doug a coffee and made us some toast! ... you wouldn't even be able to tell that I was on a plane the service was that good.

When I arrived home I was greeted by friends and family and as soon as I got back to work I told my boss what an amazing time I had. I also recommended this trip to my boss especially for young adults looking to find themselves and help others in need.

I cant wait to go back is I ever get lucky enough!

Woke up throughout the night due to people and because my body thought it was daytime!

Had breakfast at 10:30am then waited until we had our orientation.

After that we went out to get some food.

We then fell asleep in the room and missed the chance to go to the bar of food. So went to Hungry Jacks, the equivalent of burger King.

Also, Walkers crisps are called Smiths here.
