    ... the throngs! . Food. The specialty seems to be food cooked "under the Bell" which seems to equate to covered barbecues. Never felt like a gourmet experience though. Perhaps we were missing something? But we enjoyed eating outside every evening with a cold beer watching the beautiful sunsets. .     ... an apartment building, an old lady, a transvestite, and me having my stomach palpitated in a really weird way by the aforementioned doctor.

    Anyway, just speaking to the doc makes me feels better (although I don't really believe his diagnosis, and am complementing his pro biotics with garlic pills. Really hope they aren't contraindicated!).

    ... the flesh back, and they'd apparently seen little bits of orange fatty stuff and flesh hanging out of the wound! It was so bad, the poor thing, especially having to wait for so long to get help too! Eventually when she was safely on her way to the hospital, we got back into the boat (after some rearranging of teams) and I ended up in the front this time, which was awesome.     ... my favourite place on the trip. Nice beaches with clear blue waters, good food, cheap beer, plenty to do and see, loads of islands within easy access, a beautiful old town, parks, great place. My only regret is that it was right at the end of my trip and I only had 2 nights there. I toyed with the idea of stopping 1 more night but it would have been too difficult to get to Plitvice and back to Zadar in one day.
