      As we wandered down towards Grand Central we came across Bryant Park this is a community park that has been cleaned up of drug dealers and now houses small stalls and for the winter season it held Christmas markets and also an ice skating rink. We spend some time wandering around and watching the skaters and all the mishaps they had.

      ... We went right over the place that capt Sully put his plane down in the river and where the passengers were rescued to. On our trip we were also able to witness today's New York drama and that was some window washers on the world trade centre had their platform give way. They were rescued and we could clearly see the dangling platform! Never a dull day!

      ... most interesting exhibit there. Shame it is so limited. I was surprised to see some very candid pictures from a hundred years ago! Not somewhere I would go back to, but amusing I suppose!

      ... the park and the views. I feel like it is an up and coming area that might be hip someday. After spending some time at the park I headed over to MoMA PS1. This museum houses contemporary art for MoMA. I think I've about had my fill of edgy art.
