    ... to one. Pretzel was OK, but not great. I later enjoyed some great NYC pizza at a small local place. I was going to get a NYC deli sandwich later, but the pizza kept me full the rest of the day. ....deli food will be on the next trip!

    ...and there will definitely be a next trip. I didn't get a change to see "the Lady", Ellis Island, or several other sites.

    ... my view of the world and all that I have to be grateful for. It never ceases to amaze me how much I learn from my students, both inside and outside the classroom. My most memorable experiences of this trip include our time on the Galapagos Islands, the visit to the Otavalo market and Cotacachi leather center.     ... was for a bad night - expecting storms and 12cm of "snow pellets" - which I assume is hail? The airport was busy with snow ploughs and machines running around everywhere.
