Hot Water Heat
... a little pool fills up. Apparently it is possible to cook food in these pools although I daresay it is probably not advisable. Either way the locals talk of how it is possible to swim out to a nearby rock, scrape a few mussels off of it and then come back and boil them in the pools. There was plenty of space to dig at on this particular evening but apparently you cannot get a hot bit of sand for 'love nor money' due to the inevitable scrum of locals and tourists when low ...
$19 the cost of nature.

It was very very hard work, with some more hairy moments with a speeding school bus coming around a single lane corner....but eventually we made ...
Bone Carvers
... and crafts session, we headed back to our hostel for a huge bowl of pasta. It was a fantastic carbo-load before our sea kayaking tomorrow morning.
Lessons Learned:
1. That smell in the dentist office, is the bone on your teeth being chipped away by the drill. And we willingly did that for 2 hours to make necklaces.
2. There is a reason why bone carved jewellery costs so much.
3. Katie doesn’t do well on windy roads.
