    ... we walked briskly from one end of the international terminal to the other to find the domestic transfer bus terminal. Fine if you know what you are doing, or can read the occasional english signs, but not great if you are an international visitor. They used to have a distinctive transfer logo on your boarding pass that matched the signage, but that seems to have gone bye the bye.

    So since I've been in Australia I have been keeping track of funny terms and things people in Australia have been saying! I thought id share this with you all! French fries are called "chips" Everyone says "cheers" and "no worries" They call sunscreen "sunblocker" Trash is "rubbish" McDonald's is "mackers" Public transportation or what we call buses is called "trams" They call bathrooms ...

    ... soaked because she didn't anticipate the size of the wave loll..I ran and thankfully wasn't too bad lol..I don't like the ocean..it scares me lol..we then had a long drive home..and a well deserved nandos..However nandos in Australia is ****..I mean the place didn't even have toilets and they had tomatoes in the pitta!!! No hullumi cheese..fanta tasted bad too..cant wait for nandos back at home lol its a must on the day after i land..

    ... hang around until my night bus. I will wake up early to check out the Queen Victoria Markets and go shopping. Aussie fashion is just awful- the guys all wear such 90s clothing- bright bright casual singlets and cotton shorts with triangles and circles on them and 90s looking hats. The girls all wear high waisted shorts which actually have grown on me as I'm partial to the high waisted skirt, so I hope to get a pair. Not into the romper or those hippie light 'genie' pants yet though! ...
