      ... Customs was a bit of a shambles, but basically we got through ok.
      Found out later that customs had cut open our suitcase locks in order to do an inspection. The system has changed from you open the case in front of customs officials. Wish we'd known, we wouldnt have bothered to lock them. So the zips were damaged as well.
      Taxi home, visited mum and unpacked a bit, then shower and bed at last. Seen a few things since last we were there.

      ... than it really is. After many years of travelling and cellaring, there is quite a collection of old wines in the MacGowan cellar. So we started with the old stuff and worked our way up. It took 4 bottles of wine before we found something drinkable so in reality we drank only one. Note to self - drink more wine to keep cellar stocks low.

      A quiet meal finished off the day and we piled the recycle bin with old bottles!

      ... was a good night for the toys. Aury and Emeline had put all their toys in their proper places so there were no floor toys for the dog to find. After a while the Dog went away and on this night no toy was lost to the Backyard.
