It took quite a few steps to arrive in the Greek island of Paros: flight from Brussels to Athens, metro to Piraeus in the outskirts of Athens, overnight stay in Piraeus, and 4 hour ferry to Paros.

Paradise beach like all others is packed with sun chairs and umbrellas - we hired a set for 15 euro for the day. So we settled in for a day of ...

A travel blog entry by jess.skellern on Aug 03, 2014

Also because they are all in walking distance you find yourself going to about 6 different clubs each night. Girls get free entry so that was handy…sorry boys haha. The first night was crazy but we loved every minute of it. Basically the rest of the week we did the same thing everyday….wake up around midday, recover by the pool or on the beach, have a feed then ...

... that you rely less on romantic partners to make you happy. The solution, quoth this forgotten article: bring more romance to your friendships. Nathan and I reflected, during our long sunset walk on the beach following dinner, on how we have accidentally been doing that this entire trip. We have the sunsets, beaches and dramatic scenery, all that's missing is two lucky ladies.

Naxos is most famous for it's stunning beachfront, and therefore we figured that ...
