An impressive banking over the city of London and a smooth landing into Heathrow ended our flying for a few weeks. The immigration officials must have either felt sorry for us or were equally distressed by our screaming toddler, that we were given a fast track through the queue. ... All the items that he graciously left us were indicators; the full oil bottle and washing up soap both unopened, brand new. The plastic plates had no scratches on them (we’ve had them a week now and their covered in scratches). When we got the van off him he didn’t know how to operate anything, he had to keep referring to the operating manuals. ... so we went to a surprisingly cheap supermarket and bought some fruit and more water. Hydration is so important here! Ater, we took a break and had dinner at an Italian pizza place, splitting a pizza.

At last we got to Days Inn and entered our small but adequate room, which actually had a coffee machine and towels and shampoo/soap! We had heard that in Europe they usually don't offer those at most cheap motels. Anyways, I'm exhausted, good night!
