... it has reflections and lots of houses down to the water. As soon as you looked away from the river, it was really dry and barren but still hilly. So like Kamloops. We turned again at Pateros and headed along a smaller river and through an area that had massive bushfires go through it. Coming out the other side we have landed in the town of Concrete...Yep you heard it right ..they have named the town CONCRETE ! and that is where we are staying the night just down the road from the huge silos made from Concrete. Its a bit seedy and the guy running the place was a bit Dodgy, so if we go missing just remember we stayed at the only motel just west of Concrete ...

... the plane! O !!! Damn I said and ran to the big board. Sure enough our gate had been changed to one far from were we waited. Hurriedly we grabbed our things and ran for the airport shuttle and the other side of the airport. We were already supposed to be boarding. STRESS. On arrival we discovered the plane was late but eventually we were on the last leg of our journey home.

After dinner we headed over to the hotel to change into our Pj's, and watched the Amazing Race season opener and relaxed until bed. We have to be up at 5:30am to catch a cab to the airport by 6:30. But the hotel is supplying a good breakfast before we head out. Hopefully it will stop pouring rain by tomorrow morning. The last flight from Bellingham we hit high winds and massive rains and almost got into a plane accident. At the moment it looks just like that day.
