Back to the Sheraton where John took a nap while Sally did a great job with the laundry. How lucky I am to have a wife who takes such good care of me. After a two hour sleep, we went for dinner at Fiesta Jalisco. We ordered an app ( cheese and chorizo) Both of us went with the burrito's. Had to try a Margarita.

Drove the cute town of Steamboat Springs. The Yampa River runs right in town. It was quite high and rapid. No fishing for Sal. We found a local dive right on the river- Sunpies Bistro. Not your normal bistro but very ...
... dizzy and like I had no idea where I was going or what direction. This was over on Sunshine--then we headed over toward Four Points via Storm Peak Face and that was just as bad. It was blowing and some areas were blown off and others were slabby and drifted.
After that experience we stuck to lower and mid mountain. We skied some trees but I was nervous.
Lunch was at Hazie’s again and I had the grilled cheese with brie and truffle butter. Served with fries.
... party is the DA which is "the white man's" party. They will never gain control. A new political party is just starting now, and it has a good long-term chance. The ANC is so bad that this new black party may eventually get in, but it will be a long time away. While we have been here in SA, Desmond Tutu has come out and said that ANC must go. That's a pretty big deal. For SA, we must hope he is right.

I deplaned in Hayden and made my way into the terminal and over to the Go Alpine desk to check in for my shuttle ride to the hotel.
