... not. So surely I wouldn't go down again. Yes we did but this time only an intermediate course. I was so lucky no major damage. You guessed it. I flew over handle bars again as even intermediate hard. This time I was in real pain. Landed on head and my right hand was hurt. And shoulder. And knee.....
