    So Wednesday we woke up after our first night's sleep in the truck outside of a Walmart in what seemed like the middle of nowhere. As we drove it seemed more and more secluded and was kind of creepy…it was much more welcoming in the day!

    ... very yummy and as with most American eateries didn't disappoint with the portion sizes.

    We started dinner with an appetizer of Bruschetta, not realising that we would get a whole loaf of bread.     ... And we had rain just like before in New York. We cooked up salmon, rib eye, corn and pasta with provisions picked up in Erie, PA, and then had big family hugs and a big cry from Amy (who would turn right around and drive back west if given the chance) as we talked about what a great trip it has been. There's roadworks in every state, which is normal for this time of year anyway, but worse this year because President Obama released infrastructure funding for transport, so all of the states are digging up roads and train lines, which is great in the long term, but a pain to drive through.
