... biking. Our bike mechanic was Jefe Branham, the guy who just won the Tour Divide race. That race is intense, and I am in awe of this guy's achievement. It starts in Canada and finishes in New Mexico- 2,700 miles and 200,000 vertical feet. Jefe completed it in 16 days, averaging 170 miles per day... Many of those miles on isolated dirt trails.
