We chose a company called Aero Parakas that was not only recommended in our guidebooks but was recommended by the group of tourists we had met on the train after Machu Picchu. Aside from the FOOD, what I am most exciting about is the gorgeous hotel that I will be staying in....El Conquistador Resort! It is located in Fajardo, PR and is one of the most luxurious hotels on the island. Some of its countless amenities include its very own private island and beach, an amazing water park, endless activities, and my favorite....a world renowned SPA!
