Last night was absolutely freezing! I had my pjs on under my onesie, socks and my hands in my jumper sleeves and I was still freezing, therefore I did not sleep very well. I think I woke up around 6:45 and we had to be on the road by 8 as we have a 6 hour drive today to Cedar Point Amusement Park. Nothing exactly exciting happened on the first half of the journey today I was just taking in the sights but we stopped just inside the Ohio state line at ...

... the wifi didn't exactly work well. And with the road being so windy I took a gravol and just closed my eyes for most of the trip. We arrived in Nazca at 7:30 in the morning to a hoard of people outside trying to sell us a place to stay and flights over the Nazca lines. It was comedic actually. Or would have been if I wasn't in such a cranky mood. As for the town of Nazca on the morning of November 1st - it was a ghost town. It took us forever to try to find somewhere ...

The harvest is in full swing and the headers and trucks were very busy. The sky was covered with cloud and the temperature did not get above 60 F all day. At times the 66 runs along the side of route 55. We could drive without the traffic that was on the highway.

At Auburn, we found (with help from a lady in a shop) a section of ...

          ... bloody
freezing at night doesn’t make for the best night’s sleep and our plan to walk
down to San Galle and back was hampered by the fact that the trails were still
closed and would be for at least a couple of weeks. We chatted to an American guy at breakfast
and found out there would be bullfighting at the bullring that afternoon. We walked to the viewpoint Achachiwa past the
bullring and for about an hour had the impressive views ...
