... possibly the quote of the trip (after Claudia's clanger on arrival) Me - "Bella, how are you liking NYC?"…..Bella - "Where are all the shops ? This is not what I was expecting ! ... it's huge yet not as big as I thought it was going to be. . . But it's gorgeous !! We then headed to the Empire State Building and travelled up to the top! We were up early this morning (4.30am) although our flight from Edinburgh wasn't until 9.05am. We arrived at the airport around 6.30am and made use of the new No1 lounge, which was very nice.

We entered the New York Harbor under the Narrows Bridge on Monday, October 27th. Lady Liberty and Ellis Island greeted us on the port side and the Manhattan skyline passed by the starboard side. The air shafts for the Holland and Lincoln Tunnels can replace the air in the tunnels in about 1.5 minutes.
