... Park. "Stay somewhere different this time…" is how I explained it to Rich. Possibly the real reason was an attempt to recapture my youth and hang out with the hipsters downtown rather than the tourist traps midtown !

I could go into a ridiculous amount of detail about each and every hour such was the scheduling of our days but perhaps a reflection on what the kids enjoyed and didn't enjoy might be best.

Today has been a busy day. After a comfortable nights sleep in my pillow fort, we started the day with bagels and then left the hotel and headed for Grand Central Station. ... have Lush back home, but in our next stop in Philadelphia there is a beautiful bathtub awaiting and we needed supplies to soothe our already weary muscles. Popped into sketchers and instead of buying shoes I ended up chatting to a sales attendant for ten minutes about university, writing and music.
