... the foundation of the "Frist Presidents’ House" which is also in Philly – that was pretty neat, and there was a lot of information about slavery and the Presidency.

Friday, August 12th We drove back to the shore house and called Kristen to check in and see if they were at the house yet. Her, Pete and Jamie were out at Grotto's eating dinner. So we called Philip to see how he and Lauren were making out. They were on their way and we decided that we would pick up some pizza for us all to eat at the house. Then at the house we ate some pizza and all hung out for the night.

This morning we got up and ate some breakfast and then headed down to the boat to head out and check the crab pots. We had a good catch and decided to re-bait the crab pots and drop them out again. Then we headed back in to the house to eat lunch and get cleaned up to head back in to Ocean City, MD.

... and slightly concerned about there being no word from my host. I'm one of those people that won't get annoyed just in case something bad has happened and I typically give them the benefit of the doubt and trust that she will be in touch at some point. I find a local bar, order some wings and a local dog fish beer. Tasty beer and delicious wings. I then sit outside a McDonald's, using their free wifi and work out which motel I will stay at and see if I can go to DC ...
