    ... shop, tours of the banana plantation, and a waterslide. It isn't the only big thing in Australia. The idea caught on so that there is also a Big Mushroom, a Big Ant, a Big Pinapple, a Big Beer Can, the Big Barramundi, etc. Also there was a big Ned Kelly that we saw at a later date; but that is another story.     ... there was nobody in front of us so we still had a view. We saw some beautiful sunsets and on one morning we took our breakfast down to the edge of the water where there are some tables to sit at.

    We really enjoyed Forster. We were lucky to have beautiful warm weather while we were there although it was very cold at night & we were glad to have our heater.

    ... set them free before I leave. The following morning we woke up to DISASTER - some of the sheep had jumped out of our amazingly erected pen - only one answer - ELECTRIC fence re enforcement! Again I helped Bill construct the fence - felt like a champion weightlifter lugging the iron bars and sledgehammer around the field!! He then left me with the important job of securing the fence by tieing rope at the top and bottom but told me to 'avoid touching the electric part'. ...
