... at about 3 pm. The next time I look at my watch, it is after 7! When we emerge from the dark like tomb, we are blinded by the sun, which is still shining. No doubt we look like survivors emerging from a nuclear bunker. But we can be smug. We have had our run of the place without having to wait for any if the games. As we come out, the queue to get in is massive - obviously it is meant to be a night thing and bucking the trend has paid off for us ...

... the Hollywood tower of terror and the Rocking roller-coaster which did not go down so well with Ali and Jules so then we went to grab some food and explore the park. ... So it went backwards thru the dark, then we saw the yeti (well, his shadow) and then it was dark again until we came out at the top if the big drop and it was big and steep. Matty was nearly crying and I was worried he would loose it, but when I looked next time, he was laughing! He thoroughly enjoyed it. A whole new experience for him. Pretty wild for what I think was his first real roller coaster. After that, we went to dinoland. The boys wanted to go on the ...

Day 10: Wet 'n Wild

... in line ups. Spent the whole day there, left at closing, which was 5, then headed down to City Walk and into Universals Islands of Adventure. Took Jess to the Dr. Seuss area of the park and took her on the Cat and the Hat ride. She didn't like it, she was screaming before we got onto the ride, but because we're such good parents we forced her on. She didn't like us too much after, but it was a really mild ride, so we stayed away from the cat ...
