One last ride, Maple Mags & farewell, not goodbye.

... stars. I had to leave slightly early for a bus run, with 2 people leaving and 1 arriving, but it was still a gorgeous evening with good company. Business, rather than pleasure, was an accurate way to describe Thursday 15th. After dropping off 2 for the early bus, it was time to spend more of my dollars on booking more of my adventure. I booked buses and hostels for both Surfers Paradise and Brisbane...check me out being productive and organised! I'm looking forward ...

... in a park overlooking the river and the town. There was a group of bats hanging in the trees. The car park entry road was to steep for the Motorhome causing it to drag the back bumper bar on the way in. After lunch we set up to print of the contract for the house in Piccadilly Drive. We got the documents down from the internet but discovered the portable ...

A Denzel love-in and even more runner-up trophies!

... after a few months here. I struggled to hold back the tears, as I'll miss the Shania Twain-filled mornings! I did have another morning off though! Not much occured throughout the day, but the evening picked up pace somewhat, beginning with a continuation of the Denzel love-in by watching Dčja Vu. Another brilliant film! We played killer pool for the night activity, and I made it to the final of the second game. It was an epic encounter between Miles and myself, ...

... picking! A group of us were picked up at 8:30am and driven to Dave's farm (Dave is Indian btw, and I think 90% of the local farms are run by Indian's). To keep it short, this is as close to slave labour as I think I'll ever get! This farm pays $7 per bucket, the buckets are massive in proportion to the blueberries, and it takes pretty much 1 hour to fill one bucket. And because it's low season, the days are short which means you earn even less. Imagine ...

... road was welcoming, a continuation of our initial journey back around the coastline of Australia to Perth.

We stopped for three days at Minnie Water national park. 3 other people in the park and fun waves out the front for everyone.
A very calm and peaceful place.
