Our whole reason for visiting Coffs Harbour was to play golf at Bonville Golf Course. Some of our friends have played there previously and said how stunning it was so off we went. We parked the van in the carpark (which is a bit like parking the car and van at Royal Canberra) and headed down to the pro shop. We have a rule that when we are driving with the van on, Steve drives and when we are playing golf and ...

Had a super big breakfast :) then we left the hotel at 7.30am with Mya as my coach buddy. Made the long drive to Coffs Harbour for surf camp. We stopped off for lunch at Port Macquarie which is beautiful and apparently has an average temperature of 25 degrees all year round! It was like 30secs per person which absolutely flew by, I pretty much just laughed all the time. Didn't win but ...

... all amazed when the Coffs Harbour sign 125 km came into view. We arrived at Repton at 5:05pm. Repton is 18km south of Coffs Harbour and is where Nat's brother Warwick and sister-in-law, Louise, live. There house is nestle into a hillside and surrounded by a mixture of Eucalyptus and rainforest trees and is best describe simply as Serene. The cicadas, as it's mating season, are in full voice and are loud! Despite the humidity and heat, everybody is very relaxed and sleeping in. ...

... of salt water. After popping up on a few waves and then paddling back out again I was exhausted. Literally haven't done this much exercise in years lol. Reminds me I need to get fit when I return home.!! Got back in at like 9, and then got a bit of sunbathing in before lunch. Tried to nap after I had stuffed my food down but that wasn't happening. So treated myself to a ice cream instead ;). Every cloud and nd all that. The weather once again turned on us, and ...
