... amazing place. We camped the night at Rankins Springs Caravan Park before heading for home on Wednesday December 31. We arrived home about 3.00 p.m. exactly 8 months after leaving on May 1.

It was a great trip - lots of interesting places and experiences - also met some very nice people, some of which we will keep in contact with. Thanks for following our blog and hope you have enjoyed our travels.

... br> Ivan has done a splendid job at getting us to Minnie Water, where we set up camp for 2 nights in the Yuraygir National Park after 1 night at Nambucca Heads. Thank you Eve another great suggestion. We are parked right next to the beach under trees and are able to light a fire. We are living the dream.

When we first pull up we stroll around to ensure we get the primo spot and there is a massive goanna ...

... on a map of the Northern Territory and when they went there, it was a road going around one person's house.

Got to the cabin in the camping ground late at night and couldn't see much other than it was up a steep hill. In the morning we were able to look out to a spectacular view across the sea. The holiday park is beautifully landscaped and smells of ...
