Road Trip Day 1 - Tragical Mystery Tour
... out of the question and instead the plan was to put pedal firmly to the metal to try and eat up some of the huge distance we had left. Shelley responded to this by passing out in the passenger seat for the reaminder of the drive which eventually took us into a stopover town - Coff's Harbour - just after dark.
Coff's Harbour was a motel rich environment and we naturally settled for the cheapest - the $65 a night ...

Back at camp we did get to meet some of the more permanent resisdents over our BBQ, who kindly after the sun had set introduced us to the friendly possoms who come to the park each evening to grab the left over food! They were extremely cute and tame eno ugh to take food out of your hand and have a quick pat. Hannah was nonthe less extremely pleased....

Noosa to Wooli
... no better, everyone going to the resorts. Picked up Micky D's along the way and got to Grafton about 4:30. Stopped at the fish market, grocers, and liquor store to get our supplies for next 3 days as don't know what Wooli ( pronounced Wu lie) has to offer. Beautiful country drive on not terrific road from highway to Wooli, saw lots of Roos grazing in pastures. Got to our Blue River ...
Dolphin & Sealion Kisses in Chilled Coffs!
... and view shark and other marine life through underwater tanks. It was a great little gem of a place!
Afterwards we walked along the ‘Coffs Creek’ to the harbour and found a nice café to have lunch in whilst overlooking all the boats. The harbour is stunning! Judy picked us up after lunch and we whooshed round a few more sights before making our way to the bus.
Short but sweet!
