      ... sourced in South Africa and is excellent. Delta needs to look at its catering operation in Atlanta if it expects to improve its customer service ratings.

      We expect this flight to be brutal and it is. We board after dark in Atlanta. We fly all night and the next day landing in Johannesburg after dark. The window shades are kept closed the entire way. It is like riding in a cave. It is not a good place to be if you are claustrophobic.
