After coffee and donuts we left to see the Everglades which we had passed last night, so needed to travel back 30 miles to Everglades City. ... this morning. Very lovely island. We took a small ferry to the mainland. There was a huge traditional local market where I bought some more presents. Bought a beautiful wooden turtle which was handcrafted locally as a momentous. We saw them being crafted in the market place. Marion bought a lovely palm tree which will look nice on her fire place.
