... at 1pm I decided to catch a taxi instead of trying to figure out buses. Didn't seem to be a direct one. Taxi was only $20. Check in for hotels over here is much later, although this one was 3pm instead of the usual 4pm. I dropped my bags at the hotel and walked to Fashion Valley Shopping Mall to find some lunch. Found out that no grocery shops at this mall. But there was a food hall. ...

... I said so we could understand
each other. I'm looking forward to meeting more people like that. We
have moved around so much that when we do park up for 3 or 4 days, it
will be a nice change to sit and maybe meet people properly. Still,
our little home on wheels is doing us just fine and driving it to the

... 000 feet of it! The museum recreates several working models of local railway lines and has four large tracks all done to scale. Each track has a different gauge and the final room has an incredible track where model railroaders bring their own trains and put them on display . Well worth the visit.

... Ski Valley were there were never ending hiking trails and campsites available. After my wonderfully scenic 5 mile hike in the mountains up to Williams Lake, I found my resting spot for the night in a little campground off the side of the road.
