8/27 Day 67 Peg and I traveled from Pismo Beach to Chula Vista CA outside San Diego today. The trip was an endurance test due to traffic, turning out to be 9.5 hours. We added intentionally about a half hour by taking a scenic coastal rte.1 alternate route early in the day.
