... stay- The Kala Samui- mid range to expensive 25. Ko Phangan - the party island. Known for its full moon parties, and if there isn't a full moon, they will find a reason to have a party anyways. Beaches are hit and miss, the nice ones are on the north side. This island is hard to get around in places. Best place to stay -Dolphin Bungalows- basic,or Panviman Resort- pricey 26.
