    We arrived in Mission Beach and got to our hostel which was much more swish than the last, pool and hammocks & breakfast included, always a bonus! We got the bus down to the "town" which consisted of 5 restaurants/bars (one open) and a souvenir shop! But the beach was lush, we were the only ones on it!     Ken left early for a morning fishing charter so early that he even had to set an alarm ! Gasp ! Us girls had other plans - the Airlie Beach markets were on, and what female doesn't love shopping ? So a morning on the beach front it was. Just like any other markets, except the girls were fascinated by the camels which you could go for a ride on - and I wouldn't let them, to Krystal's disgust.

    Another 5 nights at Hamilton Island and we have kept ourselves busy. For those of you who think we spend all of our time relaxing, eating and drinking than let me set you straight.     ... finally lose your footing. The trade off for this glorious sand- is visibility becomes virtually zero with a minimal current.
