      ... that I went on. It was a ride where you go on a small little boat and get a water cannon. You need to try and shoot targets and the people that try to stop you. Other boats tried to spray you as well. My cousins went on with me and we were saturated by the end. We went to ray reef and we got to pat the sting rays and feed some fish.       ... stop at the Big Pineapple was on the cards and we get there to find not a lot to be honest. It is still there with the train down the hill into the animal farm, but that is it. The Macadamia train and shop is gone, the pineapple tourist side of things is gone, and there was a small local market in the huge shop area. Even the best ice creams etc are no longer available. Very disappointing that there is no souvenirs anymore, not sure how much longer there will even be the train ...

      ... a koala, as this is the only state in Australia that allows you to cuddle them. My koala was so cute and called Aero - was very happy she didn't pee on me as I have heard a few of these horror stories! Got to walk around with the kangaroos and stroke/feed them. Mya and I enjoyed taking some selfies with them and spent so much time there - they were such friendly creatures!

      We also went to the hospital they have on site there and got to see a vet ...

Simon took a condescending tone in warning Emily she definitely wouldn't be able to stand up on the surf board. Determined, she set about her mission to prove him wrong.       ... less tourist friendly as it is taken over by eighteen year olds. A lot of them on the sea front looked like they hadn't even slept for the night yet! haha, so feeling very old we pay for an hours parking and go down to the beach to chill out. We get sunburnt in an hour using factor 50 sun cream. Unreal heat! We decide we have already had enough sun, so head off to Brisbane. We stop at McDonalds for lunch - starving! Then try to figure out where to stay ...
