... I was also surprised to learn that the bar is actually attached to a beach and has stairs down to the sand. It's cool even considering it's a Jimmy Buffet thing which I am not normally into.
One of the guys hanging around one of our girls in the group kept asking her to buy him drinks. Then she kept telling me he was telling her I was a good dancer. I of course was skeptical but I certainly wasn't buying him any drinks!

We could simply have flown into Montego Bay which might have made the journey shorter and cheaper but we’d gotten a decent flight deal and plus it gives us a small exposure to the rest of the Caribbean Island. ... the boats, the choppiness of the water while on the way there, or the juice, but I knew that I was not going to make it to Jamaica. I woke up long enough to go out on the deck of the ship, breathe in some fine Jamaican air, and get back to my room for another potty break.
It was official: trip was over.
I had no time or energy to snap pictures but being there, even if it was on the ship still counts as visiting, right?
