... saw mostly traditional clothing but in the rest of these parts, we also see "Americanized" brands. They are often fakes, stolen, or used. I once saw a "Nike" shoe on a "Puma" sole.

-Used American clothing is a big business here. The clothes you donated to a good cause are here for sale on the streets of Central America. Goodwill sells bags to them by the pound.

Well after a long day of travel, beginning with the first plane in Richmond being grounded, we were quickly shuttled onto a flight to Newark to avoid missing the connecting flight in Houston and still, thanks to God's Grace and answered prayers, we were able to make it to San Jose actually earlier than our originally scheduled flights...thanks be to God!

... plate of fruit: pineapple, water melon, banana and topped with a pancake. Then the egg, pinot, (rice and bean) and a couple pieces of baguette bread. Self-serve coffee completed this meal. Great value for money if I may say.

... then produced a delicious snack lunch for us, including her own totally organic, raw cheese. I don't know what the financial arrangement Exodus has with her, but she has had over 200 group visits which no doubt are a welcome addition to her income.After that it was time to return to San Jose (via a local store which Johnny said sold the highest grade locally produced coffee, so the case is well stocked!). Back to the Country Inn, this time a room with 4 beds ...
