This morning was reserved as a shopping morning. So with a spring in our step (well mostly Phoebe and me) and armed with our ‘local knowledge’, we took off on foot around Sydney. Our first stop was the main shopping hub, containing shops such as David Jones with its amazing flower displays (a Selfridges/ Harrods style department store) selling ‘look but do not touch’ luxury items and high fashion. Ah Sydney, place of my birth and the best fishmarket on the planet for breakfast (in my opinion). Unfortunately it was a very late breakfast for me considering the flight was 4 hours delayed out of Singapore. Oh well, I still managed to scoff a dozen and a half oysters along with a rather plentiful serving of salmon sashimi.

And at last I get to meet the latest addition to the Urbina family - baby Madeline. It appears my brother and Debbie ...

... me and Jess just ripped the **** for the day with our tour guide who I'm convinced was crocodile dundee! Not to blow my own horn (beep beep) but croc Dundee was fairly taken with my charming Irish accent and smile- this got incredibly awkward after ten hours but all in good fun. The highlight was obviously the breathtaking views of the mountains the waterfalls. Was over 4,000 steps- my ass is still sore. But at the end we went on a scenic railway- 64degress through ...
