... few hours (whilst I hid under the umbrella out of the sun - I had sunscreen on too). We headed back to the main land for a snooze back at our room. Unfortunately we discovered that both of us were sunburnt - and of course I am quite bad. My legs were getting worse as the afternoon went on (Gary burnt his chest and face). We then had a sleep for 1 1/2 hours and decided to go down for a late lunch (5pm haha).

After boarding our bus we drove to the town of Perast where we visited the Maritime Museum and then took a boat to Gospa Islet and visited Our Lady of Rocks church. The church is an operating Catholic Church where couples can go to get married. A tradition in the church is for brides to leave there bouquets to give them good luck in their married lives.

... Park for another big walk. We ended the day in Fužine, a small little village where we were encouraged to try the specialty dishes of venison and wild boar with blueberry sauce.

... meant to be very croatian.. tasted like packet rice... however we did get to chat to this lovely english couple, who gave me their details in case i needed anything whilst in London, as they had daughters themselves... travelling really is a place to make new connections, and everyone really is just so lovely!!!!!
