    ... way to the waterfront. We have picked a bar/restaurant that has a wood fired pizza oven, and we are currently drinking beers while looking out over a beautiful little marina. It is very quiet - we really are at the end of tourist season. Most of the really big hotels and resort complexes are closed up until next summer.     ... In yet another place, we could easily have been in Cradle Mountain National Park - complete with Cradle Mountain. The roads are so much better here too - wider, and a lot less traffic, more like Oz than Italy. We could both easily spend a lot more time here and regret that we only have a few days.     ... ground floor level, stone floor with dome ceiling etc.
    Around this 3 level dome tower was a spiral staircase with an outer wall forming a dome over the whole structure. Google it. Just mind boggling. You think of bronze age as a bit dumb - not so. They were also seafarers. Travelling to Greece, Italy and Spain.
