... we didn't get much time at the beach but it was just enough. On the way back to the bus I bought myself a cup of mango flavoured frozen yoghurt with strawberries, mango, raspberries and chocolate chips on it which was really nice. I managed to get rid of lots of coins from my purse by paying for this so I was relieved that my bag was much lighter after this. Marcus and Brayden were quite late picking us up as there had been lots of traffic on the way in to Miami from the hotel ...

Then went back after a good hour and a bit of swimming we headed back up we were going to go out for dinner but decided to rather do a shop at Walmart and have pizza in. ... but this was our only day in Florida, so we went out anyway. We saw Los Olas Boulevard (shopping) and the rather luxurious Galleria shopping centre (more shopping). We then walked along the beach for a couple of miles, and stopped at Casablanca for dinner. Pretty good, but not terribly Moroccan. The humous tasted like ground chick peas, unadulterated by flavour. Oh, but it was great, and who cares about the food - we sat just steps from the Atlantic ...

We checked into our room and met up with Caitlyn again, shared stories about our ****** days, and set off to find the restaurant that came so highly recommended by Ben and Amanda, Sushi Samba. It was a long walk down Lincoln Mall filled with clearly wealthy people in beach attire and flip flops. Every single guy walked like a gorilla and the majority of women had at least two fake parts each. The stores were nice and the place was packed for a Monday ...
