After stuffing ourselves and doing quick introductions between bite after delicious bite, we gathered in our classroom again for a more formal introduction. We were paired up and asked to learn four specific things about our partners before introducing them to the group. There were many laughs and I could tell I was going to spend the week with a great group of people.

... getting to the ferry but we found the port and all went smoothly checking in and boarding. It is a beautiful ferry sail through lots of islands, I just wish I knew all the names. There are large decks on the second deck floor of the ferry. I get out of the truck and head up to the deck. ... I will try and share it later) and then I walked through Bastion Square Public Market, which had all kinds of stands with local products like one with alpaca products and one with native woven sweaters etc.

Now I’m back in Vancouver and tomorrow morning we will leave for Whistler, partly with the same group, another part will join us again later after we come back from Whistler, some of us went home and there will probably be new people as well as a new tour guide.
