    ... which is growing on me surprisingly), rice, homemade salsa, refined beans, and wraps. Again, delicious. I'm loving the home cooked meals. For breakfast we had homemade bread.     The day started at 3.14 am with a massive and frightening thunderstorm right overhead. I was the only one awake but it got louder and more frightening until it was so loud and simultaneous with thunder and lightening we rushed to the car for safety.     ... nice fish and I caught bugga all. Great day though on the beach - we all said it felt as though we had known each other for years - similar interests and got on really well. Ken cleaned and filleted the fish and gave them to us - lovely meal that night.

    ... The Big Banana is done right for the big Aussie Icons, the right amount of food offerings and activities if you wanted to do that. It was great!

    ... I had played down the significance of this journey because lots of
    families travel around Australia these days. How hard can it be? All I have to
    do is remember to ‘Go with the flow’ and ‘trust the process’ and ‘live life
    simply’ and any other insightful words of wisdom I can conjure up and then it
    will all be a walk in the park….wont it?
    Now as I look back there was a lot of preparation and in
