... never true! We wandered slowly around the Grand Palace, which was nice, but didn't really leave a lasting impression on me. Afterwards we slowly made our way to Wat Pho to see the reclining Buddha, The reclining Buddha is enormous and impressed me much more than the Grand Palace did. ... fly south, so an uneventful taxi ride to the airport, and before i know it I'm zooming along in a wee min van towards My Places at Surit Thani to have an amazing greeting from the owners and staff ! ... enjoying the fun and atmosphere we started to head back to where we had begun. We found a bar with closed doors where we managed to get in door and dry of.

We didn't last too long dry. We jumped in a tuk-tuk and was hit unexpectidly with super cold water by hidden locals along the side of the roads.
